-You will oversee compensations, compensation databases and job descriptions
-Also you will be responsible to benchmark compensations and review the annual performance of employees and company goals
-You create sales incentive plans and executive bonuses
-You are responsible for all administrative tasks in Comp&Ben
-If possible, you will also support in payrolling and HR admin tasks
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-You have an education (Bachelors or Masters) and work experience in HR, payrolling, Compensation&Benefit
-Also you are able to work cross functional, mainly in Comp&Ben, but also touch topics which involve payroll and HR Admin
-You talk fluently German and English
-Working in a team is essential for you, but also you are able to work independently and responsible of your own tasks
