Compensation and Benchmarking Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Coordinate and operationally optimize all the benchmarking activities and the determination of salary ranges for the clients different geographies and talent communities
- Provide appropriate modelling and reporting to support strategic compensation decisions
- Support Total Rewards leaders and client groups on various programs/initiatives with specific focus on market analysis and benchmarking
- Maintain a strong relationship with global survey vendors, coordinate data submissions and oversee participation for any emerging surveys on compensation or benefits practices
- Oversee and enhance market pricing tools and provide training and support to Total Rewards team and HR as the subject matter expert
- Stay updated on local market practices and trends and provide recommendations to client groups for any upcoming movements
- Ensure that all compensation practices comply with current legislation
- Design and own compensation programs aligned with the clients vision and market trends
- Provide operational and change management support for enhanced or new compensation programs (e. g. Base pay, Sales compensation, STI, LTI) to ensure a smooth implementation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- MS Office expertise; specifically in Excel
- Experience with Workday, Market Pay or similar system (preferred)
- Extensive experience with benchmarking and salary range creation activities
- Good knowledge of international compensation and salary requirements
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
- Knowledge and insights into government regulations as they apply to base and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior leadership and peers
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically diverse environment
