Company Secretary

This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved in establishing this firm's compliance department policies and procedures and co-ordinating across all regulatory matters. You will be a crucial part of senior stakeholder meetings and have the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time - this role is extremely dynamic.

The ideal candidate should be qualified ICSA and have a solid background in putting papers together, taking minutes, setting up board meetings and be able to understand loan notes across Finance, Tax, Audit and Risk. An advantage would be exposure with overseas jurisdictions would be an advantage. Financial Services experience is essential.
