Band 5 Community Registered Mental Health Nurse - Lancashire

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 5 Community Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in Lancashire. This is a full time position with an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 14-16 per hour.

Duties -
- Demonstrating good understanding and functioning as a role model of the causes and utilising skills in the prevention and management of violence and aggression.
- Advising and assisting patients in developing and maintaining personal and social networks with families, carers, and others
- Demonstrating abilities to assist clients with social and practical activities, such as work, education, leisure and financial management.
- Advising and assisting clients in maintaining daily living skills such as personal hygiene, self-care skills, social skills, and nutritional management.

Requirements -
- All applicants must have a RMN first level registration, valid NMC registration.
- A minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
