Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Nurse - Berkshire

Our client has a job vacancy for a Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Nurse to work in Berkshire. This vacancy is full time and has an initial 3-6 month contract. The pay rate for this role is £20-25 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties -
- Undertaking screening and referral assessments.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing care plans.
- Raising awareness about the use and effect of substances.
- Acting upon risk of dance, harm and abuse.
- Dealing with the supply and exchange of injecting equipment.
- Providing support for individuals.
- Dispensing medicines and products.

Requirements -
All applicants must be a fully Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and have a valid NMC Pin. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a substance misuse setting.
