Position: Communications Systems Design Engineer

Hourly Rate: £48.14 Per Hour LTD

OUTSOURCE UK LTD are actively seeking to recruit a Communications Systems Design Engineer for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation are currently looking to recruit a Communications Consultant.

THE JOB:

- To provide engineering support to the development and production of a new Submarine Communication System

THE INDIVIDUAL
The Person:

- Experienced system design engineer, with a knowledge of Naval Communication Systems
- HND or equivalent in a technical discipline

Experience:

- Worked on some element of Naval Communication Systems
- Worked as part of a system design team on a large complex system

To have an understanding of Submarine Communications Systems of at least 2 years.

To have worked within the Systems Design Lifecycle, with significant knowledge from concept through to design.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering discipline.

If not Degree qualified, then a significant amount of practical experience and proven track record in an engineering role.
