Communications Specialist (Planning & Infrastructure) Job

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (PLANNINGwork collaboratively with peers to solve problems and ensure customer needs are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Strategize with key stakeholders as appropriate to develop and execute change action plans.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Exceptional project management skills with specific focus on moving project communication forward and aligning to project goals and objectives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with customers at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to form relationships at all levels within IT and throughout the company.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible and optimistic.
- Persuasiveness in collaborating across a matrixed organization.
- Expert level skill in MS Office package (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- 3 - 6 years of communication experience, preferably in a large company in an internal role
- Strong component of project communication management in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in communication or related field with a focus or career goal on internal communication and/or employee engagement
- Previous experience with a Matrix reporting structure with accountability for large projects and team performance.
