Communications Specialist Job

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Rancho Cordova, CA.

- Project Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Communications Specialist will deliver quarterly newsletters or other communications projects for 3 to 5 business application solution teams.
- Communications Specialist will also focus on creating a master calendar based on needs and coordinating with key contacts to ensure timely content submission.
- Communications Specialist will compile and edit the content into professional communications using Intel templates for style, color and fonts.
- May be required to publish the communications to distribution lists as well as create or update internal facing SharePoint or other collaboration websites with content and layout.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of a BA/BS in communications, marketing, business admin or related subject matter
- Experienced with Microsoft office, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to interface with and establish solid working relationships with high level stakeholders and cross-functional teams

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Microsoft SharePoint and experience with other social media/collaboration software.
- Minimum of three to six (3-6) years of experience is desired.
