The key duties will include:
- Work closely with a number of Change professionals including the change management and training teams;
- Analyse the organisational communication requirements for significant change related projects;
- Liaise with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support staff and other stakeholders in new ways of working;
- Assist in developing appropriate communication products and service solutions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 24 months hands on experience working with internal communications, preferable in an organisational implementing significant business and process change;
- Capacity to work independently and produce highly quality results in a challenging environment;
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within deadlines.
This role would suit someone from a project coordination background with developed skills in information process management. You could also have a secretarial/project officer background and be looking to build on this experience. On offer to the successful candidate is a 6 month contract with attractive hourly rates.
