IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work closely with the Communicationsserve as communications consultant on major campaigns and projects to help streamline review of promotional materials with think map
-Ensure regulatory compliance in the correct use of trademarks and competition law, particularly the use of true and accurate and non-misleading statements and references regarding all promotional material intended for an external audience
-Identify and escalate potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks
-Provide reports on a regular basis to keep the Marketing Services team and organizational leads informed
-Cooperate with the Communications and Info Office to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees
-Day-to-day business administration of legal and regulatory promotional content review process; maintaining user profiles, performing audits; coordinating file dissemination through approved channels etc.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree required; Master's desired
-Experience in Regulatory Affairs
-In-depth experience in a healthcare organization
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Fluent English skills
