COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Our North West based client are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager to join their Business Change team on a contract basis.

The role will involve creating and delivering communications to ensure successful delivery of change projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Act as the communication lead ensure approach and plan is integrated with the wider business.
-Facilitate creation of key messages and stakeholder management plan.
-Provide coaching on techniques to achieve effective communication
-Develop creative material - continually review content to ensure material is fit for purpose.
-Provide regular reports on communication activity and budget spend

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Knowledge of delivering effective communication techniques
-Understanding of business challenges
-Experience of working on change projects on a large scale
-Ability to write clearly
-Knowledge of publication skills for improvement
-Understanding of production and design techniques
-Social Media expertise
-Experience within a contact centre environment would be ideal
