Communications Manager

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - BANKING - BUSINESS CHANGE

A leading FS company based in London is seeking a COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally banking):

- Work with Project teams to identify the colleague impacts of Change & which colleagues are involved at what stage
- Prepare communications outlining the change & any activity colleagues need to undertake
- Obtain sign off for the comms & issue to impacted colleagues, adhering to milestone dates
- Work with others in the team to help create an overview of client & colleague impacts - scale & timing

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
