Communications Manager

A leading Healthcare business requires an experienced strategic and tactical Internal Communications Manager to act as a liaison between two functions, supporting the communications of short and long term projects and programmes.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Supporting the Communications Business Leads for the functions by creating communications strategies and plans
- Collaborating with communications leads across other functions ensuring messages are correctly aligned
- Developing communications materials to target key audiences, particularly employees
- Participating in brainstorming sessions, sharing feedback
- Measuring the effectiveness of communications by managing feedback channels

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

- Experience delivering in a dynamic, Matrix environment with ability to cope with ambiguity
- Cultural intelligence and the impacts on communications
- Demonstrable experience simplifying complex messages to audiences at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change within large programmes
- Individuals will be working on a global programme and therefore require excellent communication skills
