Key responsibilities:
Preparing and drafting communication materials such as internal and external briefing documents
Supporting the interface with Front Office, client management teams in preparation for the client communication process including facilitating briefing sessions
Managing the communication project plans, delivery of project milestones, identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions
Assisting the communications lead with establishing and maintaining the credibility of the communications project and its deliverables with all stakeholders
The ideal Communications Manager will possess the followings:
An investment bank and/or consulting background
An understanding of current communication styles, protocols, tools and technology
Experience in drafting communication material and managing an external communication process
Proven ability to facilitate internal senior stakeholders briefings
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
University under-graduate degree
