KEY TASKS INCLUDE:
- Management of the Communication Team (7 direct reports).
- Develop and execute strategies for executive and leadership communications.
- Coaching and educating Leadership team in effective communications.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Communication design and development.
- Team Leadership
- Ability to work will people across all levels of the organization.
Previous experience in the Natural Resources sector, especially Mining, is highly desirable as would be any experience with SAP/1SAP although this is not a pre-requisite.
