* Manage Global employee communications
* Maintain regular flow of employee communications through annual events, dedicated meetings, town halls, lunch & learn, the Intranet, Sharepoint and use the best channels for each purpose.
* Design and produce planned and ad-hoc communications in a professional, clear, current and relevant way to support delivery of the business strategy and values - in time and on budget
* Create opportunities for informal internal staff communications & engagement events, eg lunch or relevant work experience are essential to be considered for this role.
