Communications Business Partner - Investment Banking

My client, a Tier One Investment Bank, is seeking a Communications Business Partner to work within their Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Senior Stakeholders within the Business to define and deliver a clear and consistent communications strategy within the Investment Bank.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- To design, write and execute communications and announcements across multiple platforms, gathering the necessary approvals within the business
- Work closely with other stakeholders in Operations to communicate a consistent message across the business
- Define the target audience and ensure that only relevant information is released in publications
- Implement enhancements to the Operations Intranet site and ensure that information is kept up-to-date and relevant
- Provide Communications support in the overall delivery of the Operations Communication strategy globally

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Internal Communications experience
- Experience adjusting tone, language and message content according to the audience
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment and keeping to deadlines
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Intranet editing
- Experience editing messages and publications written by other people to be released within the business
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders in drafting content for presentations and publications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong personal management and prioritisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
