For a project at our international client site in Geneva, the French part of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

COMMUNICATIONS AND TRAINING CONSULTANT (3738)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 4 years of professional experience in development and production of communication materials
- Superior writing and editing skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAMS OR GROUPS OF STAKEHOLDERS
- High proficiency in Word and PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of multi-media communication tools including E-learning
- Ability to ensure a high standard of publication-ready material
- AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH AND PREFERABLY A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH, RUSSIAN AND/OR SPANISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Efficient development of new communication and training materials that anticipate information needs of key stakeholders, both internally and externally,
- Accurately update existing Access to Funding materials as changes to policies and procedures for the next allocation period are finalized,
- Develop best practices and lessons learned materials and case studies,
- General communications support for the Access to Funding Department as needed
