On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced, dynamic and pro-active Communications and organisational change manager
COMMUNICATIONS AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) SPECIALIST (OCM EXPERT), CHANGE MANAGEMENT (CONTRACT, BASEL)
Do you have a strong background and experience in communications and change management with previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry? If so this could be the role for you!
For this role we are looking for someone with the following profile:
- University degree in Communication Management preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
- Experience in workshop facilitation
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Experience in change projects, certification in change methodologies such as Prosci a plus
- Project management experience a plus
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills, additional languages a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (esp. gSites and G+ forums)
- Experience in desktop migration projects a plus
- Experience with creating training approaches and trainings a very big plus
