Communications and Engagement Executive

COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE - INTERNAL - EXTERNAL - EVENTS MANAGEMENT - STAKEHOLDER - AGENCY MANAGEMENT

Our major Energy provider client requires a Communications and Engagement Executive to join their team in Hove or East Grinstead on an initial 3 month contract basis to support the smart meter programme by managing and executing approved communications campaigns

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To support the team by managing the creation and deployment of updated and new Operational Communications
- Manage communication plans and work with Customer Experience team to keep abreast of new work coming in for team to plan resource
- Develop and manage Smart key messages and FAQs, for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment.
- Engage with Marketing to ensure current customer insight and smart customer propositions are incorporated into campaign development

EXPERIENCE:

- Internal and external communications experience
- Experience planning, delivering and deploying external Comms - working with key business divisions, external stakeholders and suppliers/agencies
- Events and project management experience
- Customer acquisition and retention experience
- Degree level (marketing, PR or communications related)
- Experience working on smart metering programmes or within the utilities sector
