Communications Analyst

We are seeking to recruit a Communications Analyst to work for a top tier RETAIL BANK.

ROLE PURPOSE

- Design and deliver internal communications to support

a) The culture that is being created in Compliance change with internal colleagues
b) the programme delivery to the areas impacted by the change being implemented - Provide internal communications support and advice to the Executive Committee on all aspects of communication
- Co-ordinate communication follow-up activities including measuring the impact of communication initiatives
- Produce or contribute to the appropriate project management deliverables, eg the requirements and plan; including producing time and cost estimates.
- Identify and assess risks and issues to the plan, effectively managing and mitigating them by putting in place appropriate contingency actions

EXPERTISE

- Good experience in the (internal and external) communications space
- Extensive experience working on communications programmes
- Extensive exposure to Target Operating Models
- Preferably solid experience in the banking sector
