On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash are currently looking for a Communication Consultant for an immediate project in Switzerland.
Project description
- The role of the communications consultant is take the direction set from the leadership team and execute a communications plan so that corporate employees are informed and engaged and our IT partners and customers are delighted with the services we provide .
Main Tasks
- Coordinate communications to ensure timing and communications alignment with the groups strategic direction and intent.
- Develop and propose communication strategies
- Craft communication to employees and stakeholders using diverse, modern and appropriate media.
- Act as social media community leader to ensure adoption and efficiency of these channels.
- Develop content for emails, blogs, newsletters, video blogs, etc. Gather and maintain key dates and a communications schedule.
- Ensure information is accurate and appropriate
- Assist with the communications aspect of events (workshops and Townhalls(
Special Requirements
- Multicultural experience (American, Swiss, German, French etc).
- Diploma in Communications or equivalent work related experience.
- Deep understanding of what enables the successful use of asynchronous social communication tools.
- Strong desk-top publishing and word processing skills
- High flexibility and able to work with interruptions and re-prioritization of work.
- Ability to work in a multi-task and multi-deadline environment
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills
- Ability to set goals and timelines and to work on deadlines
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of people, both internally and externally
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Basel (Switzerland)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: until end March 2014
