Communication and Training Manager (Support desk) Oslo

For our client in Oslo (Norway), we are looking for a RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING WITHIN THE AREA OF IT, MORE SPECIFIC WITHIN THE HELP AND SUPPORT DESK.

Any background or experience within the area of systems is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL is also a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING IN THREE PHASES:

PHASE 1: SET UP A PLAN FOR COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING OF END USERS.

PHASE 2: IMPLEMENT PLAN.

PHASE 3: RUN BAU ACCORDING TO; - Develop long-term strategy and plan for training and communication in IT, including such as:

-      Identify target groups and current/future competency gaps and needs
-      Develop training and communication templates
-      Facilitate sessions for feedback and information gathering
-      Align with the learning strategy (Learning Gateway)
-      Assess and identify potential content providers
-      Create training and communication governance structure
-      Development, testing, and realization of training strategy
-      Development of training and communication material
-      Hand-over and on-boarding

3.   PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF EXECUTING AND SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERING COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING OVER DIFFERENT LEVELS/CHANNELS (EXAMPLE OF LEVELS: IT PROFESSIONALS VS END USERS. CHANNELS:    EMAIL, INTRANET, INTERNET, CLASSROOM, VIRTUAL, ELEARNING ETC)
