INTRODUCTION: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Main Task:
-Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
-Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
-Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
-Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Support training efforts
-Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also US)

Requirements:
-5 years' experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - minimum of 5 years' experience
-Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently

Nice to have:
-Experience of working in IT implementation projects
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
-Social Media experience
