JOB TITLE: COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

LOCATION: LONDON

CONTRACT

SALARY: £350 - £410

STANTON HOUSE IS PLEASED TO BE SUPPORTING ONE OF OUR KEY CLIENTS, A LEADING GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY AS THEY LOOK TO FIND AN EXPERIENCED COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER TO SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF THE AGREED COMMUNICATION STRATEGY AND PLAN FOR THE COMMERCIAL ERP (CERPS) PROGRAMME.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the delivery of the agreed CERPS Programme communications strategy and plan
- Plan for communicating to/motivating and engaging the core programme team eg weekly updates, Townhalls, Resilience etc
- Manage how and when key stakeholders will be engaged to drive understanding and gain commitment to the programme
- Establish measures of communication effectiveness to stakeholders and set targets to drive continuous improvement
- Develop communications which explain how the CERPS Programme aligns with Enterprise Projects and other ERP Programmes

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

- High standard of verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality presentation materials and support other team members in producing and delivering effective and compelling communications.
- Ability to develop the communications strategy through the life cycle Programme which identifies and addresses the key communication challenges to ensure a successful deployment and standardised ways of working across.
- Experience of working on a global ERP programme.
- The role must be capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams.
- The role must be capable of developing detailed plans to manage the complexity of communicating to multiple markets which will be at different stages of implementation.
