Commissions Team Leader - Analyst, Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commissions Team Leader to join a market leading telecoms company based in Berkshire.

As the Commissions Team Leader, you will be responsible for the managing a team of commissions analysts. The key performance indicators are based on the timely and accurate payment of commission to the 3rd Party retailer base. You will be responsible for the management of the end to end weekly commission runs, ensuring payments are made in an accurate and timely fashion. You will carry out monthly 121s and half yearly reviews with direct reports. You will be expected to recommend and implement changes to improve processes and controls.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
*Experience in a commissions analyst position or similar, working with numerous high value transactions on a daily basis
*Demonstrable ability to manage and motivate a team to meet their targets
*Computer Literacy, including high level of database and excel skills. A knowledge of Business Objects and SQL would also be very beneficial
*Used to working with large volumes of data
*Working within a dynamic environment
*The ability to react to unplanned changes in high pressure environment
