Commissions Analyst Job

COMMISSIONS ANALYST needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This position is responsible for administering the commission compensation plans for the sales force and payment of commissions due. This includes analysing revenues and costs, preparing statements and monthly reports for the account executives and providing monthly reports to management. In this position the individual communicates with Finance, HR, the sales force, sales management and senior management.

- Understand and enforce compensation plans.
- Calculate and post monthly commission accruals.
- Maintain all commission records for current employees.
- Establish new employee records and change of status as necessary.
- Process contracts and applicable revenue recognition deductions in the commission system.
- Test the commission system to ensure the system can handle commission calculations for various company codes and procedures for releasing payments.
- Effectively communicate with various levels of management, responding to inquiries from the sales force and sales management.
- Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the sales commission systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis as requested by management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in related area strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Teamwork and flexibility and the ability to adapt to different management levels and work assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
