Commissions Analyst - 28-32k - City of London, FTSE 250 An internationally renowned FTSE 250 organisation is currently looking for a Commissions Analyst to join their HR function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an organisation that have a strong employee development focus. Key responsibilities: * Be first point of contact with commissions query (by telephone and email), resolving the issue in an efficient and professional manner * Monitor the commissions system for inaccuracies, and action amendments as required * Analyse discrepancies and queries received to report on potential process improvements * Contribute to any adhoc projects as requested Key criteria: * Previous Analyst experience * Excellent spreadsheet skills - advanced Excel and proven ability to pick up new systems quickly * Highly numerate with good attention to detail * Strong communicational skills - confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels Please submit your up to date CV for more information.
