Commissioning Manager/Consultant - Health and Social Care - ITT

Commissioning Manager, Commissioning, PQQ, RFQ, RFP, ITT, NHS, PCT, Adults Social Care, Mental Health Trust, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities are all relevant skills for the new contract opportunity that our Health and Social Care client has.

Experience developing Commissioning processes, implementing these within high value contracts and the ability to manage and evaluate tender/proposal submissions are all skills required for this post. Effective communication skills are vital for this position as it requires someone who can work across a number of public and 3rd sector organisations.

Previous experience commissioning of care services within the NHS, a Mental Health Trust/Organisation or within Mental Health or Disabilities Services for an Adults Social Care or Older Peoples Care organisation is a prerequisites and you will have experience driving value for money from commissioning practice. You will be responsible for leading the development and eventual evaluation of a PQQ and subsequent ITT for a multi-million £ contract and will have experience developing these and managing the process.
