Contract - 10 months - Hertfordshire
Mechanical/Process/PLC/Automation

My client has a requirement for a Commissioning Engineer to work with them on their manufacturing facilities in Hertfordshire, on a range of capital and non-capital projects. You will be responsible for the execution, supervision and coordination of all commissioning activities.

The successful Commissioning Engineer should:-
- Have good experience in commissioning and operating
- Be able to read mechanical and process drawings, with a working knowledge of machine design
- Have some understanding of PLC-controlled automatic equipment and how it relates to the design of automated equipment
- Basic CAD skills
- Ideally hold engineering degree or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Able to work to schedule and budget, as well as relevant health and safety standards.

This is a great opportunity to work on some exciting and fast moving projects for a large client, with good potential for an extension to the contract. You'll need to jump in and hit the ground running, with good communication and IT skills.
