Commissioning and Qualification Manager

FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENT BASED SOUTH FROM BRUSSELS, we are currently looking for a:

COMMISSIONING & QUALIFICATION MANAGER

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

- Ensure compliance of C&Q standards
- Manage the overall C&Q contractor activities (planning, cost, deliverables)
- Participate in tender and award of C&Q contract
- Champion the Implementation of the ASTM Commissioning and Verification strategy
- Prepare/update/review Commissioning/Verification execution plan
- Progress and report critical issues to Project Manager.
- Manage all the transfer to operations(handover to end user)
- Work closely with Users, validation, EHS, QA & EPCM contractor
- Enforce safety culture in a day to day operation

PREREQUISITES

- years' experience in project/engineering/construction/C&Q/Validation
- within bulk Bio-Pharma FDA-regulated environments
- Recent C&Q Management a must
- Proactive, Self-starter and Capable of Working alone or in a team environment
- Proven ability to lead a technical orientated team
- Familiar with control system engineering (Delta V)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in large scale capital investment project.
- Commissioning experience both from hands on and writing/reviewing of
- protocols/test packs.
- Knowledge of toolbox development for FAT, SAT and commissioning plans.
- Technically strong with extensive knowledge of ASTM E-2500-07, ISPE
- guidelines for GDP, GEP, GMP and C&Q.
