You will:
• Be required to assist with the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to meet guest expectations and to maintain Company and Brand standards.
• Assist with the high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and safety in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in making the kitchen operate efficiently, meeting and exceeding all standards
• Demonstrate the required knowledge and skill for stock rotation, portion control and mise-en-place.
Personal Requirements
• Ability to work a flexible week
• Knowledge of current food trends
• Proven ability of working within a team
• Strong communication skills
• Eligible to work and live in the UK
