Commercial & Regulatory Manager

Commercial & Regulatory Manager - 6 months - Public/transport sector - Glasgow

My client has an urgent requirement for a Commercial & Regulatory manager to work as part of a small team in Glasgow on a major transport project. The candidate must have strong experience in regulatory processes within the rail industry.

Requirements

Essential:
*Recent and extensive experience working within rail industry in commercial and/or regulatory capacity.
*Working collaboratively with contractors who have successfully delivered major rail infrastructure works.
*A working knowledge of programme compilation and interrogation (working with P3 TILOS etc.)
*A relevant degree qualification/certification in Quantity Surveying.
*Detailed knowledge of Cost Breakdown & Work Breakdown structures of major rail infrastructure projects.
Desirable:
*A track record of fulfilling key roles in the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
*A track record in working across organisational boundaries to ensure delivery of successful project deliverables.

Travel will be required to sights around the Central Belt.

Candidates are also required to have a Basic Disclosure Scotland or higher (must apply at submission stage as a minimum).
