Commercial Pricing Manager

An exceptional opportunity to join a high profile contract with this FTSE 100. As Commercial Pricing Manager you will be liaising with DECC during the development of the Charging Methodology while ensuring its alignment with our internal product development, billing system, service management system and business processes. The key objective is to ensure all necessary requirements are in place to charge for Communications Hubs, messages and a range of products and services in our Service Catalogue.
You should be ACA / CIMA qualified, capable of setting up end-end-processes spanning multiple business functions and experience with the design, implementation or development of billing systems. Solid experience building complex pricing models in Excel is essential, whilst exposure to the telco's / energy sectors would be advantageous.

Role profile

* Understand relevant sections of the Licence
* Understand, assess and influence releases of the Charging Methodology and other relevant sections of the Smart Energy Code (SEC)
* Establish Finance requirements as regards 'alphas' and CH roll-out profiles
* Understand the CH lifecycle and various charging points, including External Service Provider Contracts
* Work with cross-functional team to implement volume-based charges
* Build a pricing model for CH, messaging and the Service Catalogue
* Drive content for future Charging Statements
* Support with the ongoing development of cost information for Service UsersCapable of setting up end-end-processes spanning multiple business functions
* Some experience with the design, implementation or development of billing systems
* Solid experience building complex pricing models in Excel
* Background in telecommunications, energy sector or other relevant industries
* Degree in mathematics would be advantageous
* ACA, CIMA or MBA
