Commercial Planning Analyst As a Commercial Planning Analyst at Barclays, youll optimise commercial performance and customer engagement across Digital channels by providing detailed and timely customer and product level analysis and reporting. Youll work with commercial managers and analytics teams to improve reporting as well as developing innovative customer and product insight to support external reporting. As a Commercial Planning Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:* Leading and developing world-class analysis and reporting to support commercial planning and decision making* Supporting and improving understanding of end-to-end Digital customer journeys through acquisition, account servicing and customers product needs* Assuring targets for meeting customers needs are met and managing the supporting engagement metrics* Educating and supporting colleagues across the Customer Network to understand Digital products* Delivering effective management of risk, governance, compliance and control issues within the team* Championing the cultural and operational change required to maintain and drive improvements to employee engagement As a Commercial Planning Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:* A Bachelors degree or equivalent* Experience in Digital commerce, with an appreciation and understanding of the commercial consequences of engagement decisions * Proven, demonstrable experience and a record of working with customer and product data* Examples of previous innovative reporting and performance commentary, including the use of appropriate software packages* The ability to network and collaborate across the business at the most senior levels* Extensive knowledge of new marketing techniques The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
