My client, a local authority based in the Come Counties has an exciting opportunity in the form of a new post (Commercial & Market Development Manager - Joint Commissioning) to join an already established team and support the joint commissioning manager.
They are looking for someone with a strong background in Procurement and Commissioning across Social Care but equally someone with a commercial background that has the ability to influence suppliers and bring new, innovative ways of delivering care to the council.
