A Commercial Manager is required to support a Business As Usual Work stream and provide commercial expertise for a number of initiatives under a secure communications contract, including commercial negotiations with the strategic supplier, drafting contractual documentation, stakeholder and strategic supplier engagement. Crucially you will be focused on securing value for money and have the commercial skills to identify in-contract efficiencies within the boundaries of EU legalisation.

The following skills and experience are required:
*Understanding of procurement, service management and strategic supplier relationship management approaches that enable delivery of effective contracts.
*Considering how commercial processes and capability can be best developed using new technology to ensure that spend represents value and supports operations.
*Managing change and assisting with implementing change programmes.
*Implementing processes and practices, developing tactical implementation plans.
*Can demonstrate success in working under pressure.
*Effective stakeholder engagement experience.
*CIPS Qualified or actively working towards qualification
*Knowledge of EU procurement
*Change Management Experience
*Project & Programme Management Experience
*Microsoft Office and knowledge of eProcurement tools
