Senior Commercial Lawyer/Lawyer/Legal
A challenging new opportunity has become available as a 'Senior Commercial Lawyer' working for a leading mobile telecoms company.

As the Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will be the senior legal counsel in the Commercial and IT legal team and will:
*Be the lead lawyer on many key commercial and technology projects, which may include in-sourcing, out-sourcing, procurement, services, logistics and wholesale arrangements
*Provide strategic direction and on-going support for key partnership arrangements including with out-sourcing and joint venture partners
*Act as a senior legal stakeholder in the business and contribute to team management, including by supervising up to two other commercial lawyers.

You will benefit in the role of Senior Commercial Lawyer from such skills and background as:
*Lawyer qualified in the UK or similar jurisdiction
*Min 4 years PQE
*Experience in leading strategic projects
*Extensive legal experience in corporate or technology and commercial contracting
*Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders, shareholder representatives and senior counter parties
*Ability to handle complex situations and transactions with little or no supervision
*Previous telecoms experience
