Commercial Director Clinical Triage Programme

I am looking to hire a Commercial Director Clinical Triage Programme for one of the public sector client. Below is the Job description of the same.

LOCATION: Leeds or London. Depending on the choice there will be expected travel to the other location as and when it is required.
CONTRACT LENGTH: 110 days

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Strong commercial acumen in a public sector environment with the ability to direct and deliver key projects and business strategies within agreed budgets and deadlines
Ability to lead the development of financial and pricing models
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines
Strong proven stakeholder management skills
Public sector procurement experience (framework and OJEU);
A proven track record in the drafting Green Book compliant 5 case business cases;
Business Analysis - experience developing requirements for IT change projects; experience eliciting the technical, business, user and commercial requirements from a wide range of stakeholders balancing competing priorities.
Commercial and Procurement, recent experience of public sector procurements (preferably IT), leading supplier engagement initiatives, working knowledge of existing government frameworks.
Business Case development - a strong articulate communicator in both written and oral work with track record of developing business cases that have secured significant technology investment.

Benefits - experience identifying and ratifying benefits, producing robust metrics.
Desirable Experience: ISEB Business Analysis qualification an advantage.:
