Commercial Contract Manager - Legal - IT Outsourcing/Technology

WBRS is representing a global Technology company. To support this growth they are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to lead the pre and post-sale contract/commercial and risk management processes for various customer accounts.

The role will involve ensuring that all contractual obligations are delivered as well as Risk, Opportunity and Escalation Management regarding the contractual obligations. You will evaluate changes to the contract and drive proposals for changes. You will also prepare and run negotiation for contract changes (except those handed over to Sales) and claims and support Sales and Legal CM/Counsel to negotiate contractual terms, service levels and termination with the client.

To be considered for this role you must have a Legal background with a strong commercial focus and experience in contract law. You must also have significant work experience in contract negotiation and management either in house or with a technology company with practical experience leading negotiations. Any additional experience in commercial activities (eg complex business cases, company structures, risk/reward) within the ITO/BPO or systems integration industry would be highly advantageous but not essential.
