Combined Operational & Investment Analyst

My Andover based client is seeking a Combined Operational Effectiveness & Investment Appraisal Analyst/COEIA Analyst/Operational & Appraisal Analyst for a 220 day long contract.

Due to the nature of this contract, the candidate must hold SC clearance prior to the start date.

Responsibilities for the Combined Operational Effectiveness & Investment Appraisal Analyst/COEIA Analyst/Operational
* Develop the assessment criteria for the A
* Support analysis of the acquisition options (including technologies, vendors and products) during the A
* Develop a fit for purpose COEIA;
* Develop a fit for purpose OASP;
* Any other task related to the core role that may, from time to time, be required.

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Combined Operational Effectiveness & Investment Appraisal Analyst/COEIA Analyst/Operational
* Ideally has extensive experience of working within Defence.
* Have the skills and experience necessary to conduct a COEIA
* Be familiar with the Architecture Framework (MODAF) and AOF.
* Have strong communication and listening skills with the ability to produce written work (English) to a very high standard.
* Be a self-starter with strong team ethos and the ability to generate outputs to challenging time schedules.
* Be self confident and articulate amongst peers, senior officers and external senior management.
* Have strong stakeholder management skills.
* Be output oriented and show flexibility is hitting short term deadlines.
* Be skilled in the full range of Microsoft Office applications.
