Collections Specialist (B2B) Job

COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST (B2B) needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with AN SAP AFFILIATED CLIENT located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MS Excel
- B2B Collections
- Customer Service oriented

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

The Collections Specialist assists in the collection aspects of the Ariba Supplier Membership Program, including:

- Maintaining strong customer focus at all times
- Perform B2B collection responsibilities for high volume of supplier.
- Direct interaction with customers to drive the collection of outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile supplier accounts; resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and code accurate files needed for cash application.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Business to Business collections/customer service experience.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- University degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related collections or customer support experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word).
