WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Working primarily with the Medicare Risk Adjustment Specialist
- Review health plan members medical charts and annual wellness visit forms
- Appropriately code diagnosis in charts and wellness visit forms
- Enter coding date into spreadsheet or other designated systems
- Assist with other responsibilities related to the Medicare risk adjustment activities
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Coding experience in a medical setting preferred
- Proficient data entry skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
