- Measure and monitor inventory.
- Supports the efforts of the Technical Service Team through data collection and analysis.
- Supports the efforts to optimize the utilization of products, providing additional value to the customer, and for complaint investigation, analysis, and problem resolution through coatings field analysis.
- Contributes to Product Design Reviews, as required, to achieve product introduction goals (eg through coatings field analysis during color workability).
- Participates within the site service team safety program.
- Strictly complies to the Assembly Plant Service Process in the customer plant.
