CNC Setter

CNC setter operator required to work for an internationally renowed oil and gas component manufacture.

As a CNC setter operator you will be manufacturing seals for the Oil, Gas and Mining Industries. You will also be working with various types of metal such as Steel and inconnel.
As the successful CNC operator you will be required to set and operate a number of CNC machines.

To be considered for this role you must have experience on the following machines
Machine - Okuma lu 25 Controls - OSP-U-100-L
Machine Okuma LB 45 Controls - OSP -P200L
Machine intergrex 200SY 200IV Controls - Mazatrol
Machine DMU 60P Controls Heidenhain TNC 530l
Machine DMU 50T Controls heidenhain

Experience and versatility are essential for this role as you will be working on both Small and Large components to tight tolerances.
You will be manufacturing seals for the Oil & Gas and Mining Industries, and materials include all types of Steel and also some Inconels.
please also be aware that you will be working the following shifts ona rotational system 07.00 -15.00, 15.00 - 23..00 - 07.00
