CMS Template Designer/Web Master

Our Client requires a CMS template designer/web master for management of our Interwoven Teamsite environment. The web designers will design new sites and pass them on to be templated in the CMS. The successful candidate will be able to design these templates with maintainability and modern software engineering practices in mind. The websites are predominantly hosted on a UNIX platform, and require knowledge of how to configure Apache.

To be successful for this role you must have the following essential skills:

- Demonstrated experience writing CMS templates (Interwoven Teamsite experience desirable)
- Ability to debug complex web issues (such as caching, ssi problems, deployment issues
- Strong written documentation skills
- Experience in programming using modern software development methodologies
- Experience managing Apache and making configuration changes
- Strong experience on a UNIX platform
- The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a large government organization
- Experience in Perl also desirable.

This is a 12 week contract with the possibility of a 12 week extension.
