Cloud Transformation Manager - Applications - New York

Our client a global enterprise organization require an experienced Programme Manager in managing major ERP transformation programs (eg SAP) with Significant experience in leading the implementation of Enterprise Financial Management and HR Information Systems in the Cloud.

The role will require you to put together a 2-year transformation roadmap based on a thorough assessment of current and future needs from business stakeholders. Coordinates the roadmap implementation through a Transformation Program, by managing multiple third-party development teams and be accountable of interacting with key business stakeholders to capture needs and is accountable for their implementation within time, budget and according to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Is accountable for the program results along with functional owners
- Build and coordinate the appropriate system and business team, and supervises other analysts in order to manage the program
- Work with key stakeholders to prepare a Master Plan that describes the overall scope, deliverables, organization, high-level schedule, and associated project management documents (charter, blueprint, procurements) for the transformation roadmap
- Drive and manage project life cycle activities from initiation through closure of the program
- Track and report on project milestones; provides key IT and Business stakeholders with a regular project status; provide executive updates and drive steering group meetings
- Pro-actively resolve project issues and solve problems throughout the project in order to achieve expected results
- Establish a configuration management library for the project and ensure all project documents are effectively managed within the library

Requirements:

- Solid and clear experience having delivered cloud solutions 
- Demonstrated project management skills; ability to plan, manage, and lead all aspects of the project life cycle
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project is a must)
- Exposure to the deployment of key Corporate Applications such as Enterprise Financial Management (GL Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, AP/AR, External reporting, Treasury, Tax, CFO Reporting, etc.), HRIS (Payroll, Benefits Admin, Recruiting, Learning, Comms, etc.)
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to owner issue resolution and risk management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- PMP Certified or Prince 2

This role is a 24 month project based in New York so applications should be willing to stay in US for this period of time without any work restrictions.
