Cloud Systems Engineer II

Our client is the leading computer components manufacturer seeking A CLOUD SYSTEMS ENGINEER II who will be responsible for designing, writing and testing the software ingredients required to complete Cloud Orchestration solution stacks. Most frequently, this involves the creation of connectors, plug-ins, web-based user interfaces, databases/datastores, provisioning/management scripts, test tools/scripts, load generators, data collectors and other software components required to fully integrate and test a solution stack.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 3-5 years in software development, integration and test.
- Hands-on experience in relevant Cloud Orchestration software technology
- Java/C++/C#/C, HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP/Python, .NET, Linux/Windows Scripting, SQL and REST APIs from Cloud/Virtualization solutions like vSphere, AWS and OpenStack.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience developing software for Cloud Orchestration Environments. eg,
- Enterprise Data Center Virtualization Solutions
- Infrastructure Monitoring Solutions
- Data Center Infrastructure Management
- Cloud Operating Environments (eg, vSphere, OpenStack).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- BS/MS Computer Science desired
