Cloud Strategy Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Ensure a smooth delivery of the project taking into account the organization’s and strategic roadmaps
- Carry out all project management activities according to the project management methodology
- Pilot the consultancy firm supporting the strategic work
- Manage the stakeholder’s expectations
- Coordinate all the stream leads
- Align stakeholders at various levels of the organization under a common view
- Facilitate the discussions and workshops at all levels
- Resolve potential conflicts
- Manage the vendor relationship
- Manage all dependencies with other projects
- Report on a regular basis to the steering committee and to the Directorate

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification 
- Very strong strategic thinking skills and capability to understand complex stakes
- Senior level PM capable of discussing with C-Level stakeholders
- Profound experience managing complex, transversal and strategic projects/programs in international environments 
- Capability to lead through influence and to evolve in spaces of high uncertainty
- Soft skills: communication, listening, empathy
- Program/Project Management certification is a plus (Hermès, Prince 2, PMP, IPMA) 
- Understanding of Cloud stakes and models is a plus (Risk, Trade-offs, Target operating models, Security, Legal, Strategic benefits) 
- Experience with large Cloud Transformation projects
- Business fluency in English and French
