JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.
- Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
- Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer
- To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
- To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
- To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience in migrating enterprise applications to Azure environment - private, public and community
- Advise software development teams on architecting and designing web interfaces and infrastructures that safely and efficiently power the cloud environment.
- Cloud Solution Architect will support and contribute to the enterprise architecture framework and support innovation through POCs/MVPs and the development of reference architecture frameworks.
- Conduct systems design, feasibility and cost studies and recommend cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Develop strategy for cloud/virtualization migration and implementation best practices
- Experience in cloud management technologies, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Cloud Foundry, Docker and other containerization/PaaS technologies and tools as well as various cloud delivery models.
- Develop cloud reference architectures, governance policies, security models, and best practices.
- Architecting solutions for the Cloud in the following areas Virtualization, OpenStack, AWS, PaaS, IaaS, Jenkins, Maven, Salt, Ansible, Chef, Linux, REST APIs, Git.
- Drive proof of concepts (POCs) to determine the feasibility of solutions and demonstrate to the business and technology leadership how technology can be leveraged towards an advantage
- Present architectural design concepts and solutions to all levels in the organization. Build cloud optimized reference architecture and contribute to architecture governance. Evaluate various private, public cloud technologies and tools for technical, functional, integrative and financial feasibility to support ongoing and future operations at scale.
